Do you take commissions?

Not at this time but it is something I plan to incorporate into my business in the future.

Are your dice balanced?

Unless stated otherwise in the description of a set, yes. Any colorants or inclusions that I use will not affect the "fairness" of your rolls as they do not hold any significant weight or are made out of the same materials as the dice themselves.

What is your return policy?

At this time I do not accept returns however if there is an issue with your order please do not hesitate to reach out.

Are they perfect?

Please keep in mind these are handmade epoxy resin dice and while I put a great deal of time and effort into my finishing process they still may have small imperfections. These can include sanding or mold marks, microscratches, surface textures, or any other maker's mark. Any significant imperfection will be listed as a quirk in the description so you are aware of what you are purchasing. Quirks will not have a negative effect on the balance or playability of the dice.

Shipping Policy

I ship within the US and internationally (excluding Australia and New Zealand).

Please allow up to 1 week for processing your dice orders. Please allow an additional week if a 3D printed item has been purchased as these are made to order items. Once shipped, US orders can take around 3-5 business days to be delivered while international orders can take 4-6 weeks.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees and import taxes that may apply.
